No. It means the number was recorded during an evidence review. Current status and brokerage must be confirmed in the Minnesota Department of Commerce lookup.
No. We do not maintain a comprehensive complaint database. Public enforcement actions are not the same as every complaint, and an allegation is not automatically a proven violation.
Not universally. Exact public-source records are shown when captured, but the current directory does not use a standardized private MLS file for every agent. Team, individual, career and recent figures must remain distinct.
