A source supports only the claim it actually contains. We preserve its publisher, observation date, subject and scope so readers can tell an individual record from a team, office or brokerage claim.
Useful for: License identifier, public status and regulator-recorded brokerage details.
Boundary: The Minnesota Department of Commerce controls the record. We link readers to the state lookup rather than selling a substitute for it.
Useful for: Current affiliation, biography, stated service areas and specialties.
Boundary: These remain attributed claims. Publishing them does not make them independently verified production evidence.
Useful for: Dated review or production snapshots when the publisher, period and subject are clear.
Boundary: Individual, team, office and brokerage totals are kept separate. Conflicting snapshots stay visible instead of being blended.
An unsupported screenshot, a request to combine incompatible platform totals, a number with no period or geography, or payment does not establish a factual claim. Missing public evidence remains unverified or unrecorded—not zero.
Correction workflow
Include the profile URL and the exact field, sentence or source that needs review.
Send a direct source URL and explain what it supports. We will not publish private client information.
We compare dates, publishers and whether a figure belongs to an individual, team, office, brokerage or platform.
We correct or omit unsupported material. Consequential factual corrections are recorded in the public editorial history.
